I must share a few of my favorite shots from today's
ONE ROOM CHALLENGE
reveal day. So many beautiful rooms, so little time.
What I really love about the one room challenge is there are so many styles, that you're bound to find a room or designer that really rings true for you. So although these photos may be a few that I happen to love...rest assured there are favorites for everyone!
(These are not in any particular order, they just happened to be the way I saved each photo to my computer and how they uploaded to the blog.)

Let's start with the ping-pong table dining room. Genius. She took a room they were barely using and transformed it into a fun and functional space. I've never seen it before--love.
I just really appreciated this bathroom makeover. She took a totally basic builder bathroom and made it into an interesting and gorgeous space with no construction. Purely cosmetic. AND the wallpaper reminds me of the cement tile we're seeing everywhere without the actual tile. Plus, the subtle hints of blush in the space just put me over the edge with love.
If you follow me on instagram (@abbyminteriors) you'll know that I'm being drawn more and more to a neutral pallet. Not necessarily the shabby chic style with an over-cluttered space (you know the one) but just subtle, layers, neutrals, and texture. Voila! Like the room above. There are modern, clean lines but all tone-on-tone that make the space visually interesting but relaxing.
This kitchen stopped my heart. Please, for the love, click over and view the whole kitchen.
She uses the basics that we have all seen before: white cabinets, stone counter, and white subway tile. But somehow the kitchen looks like a breathe of fresh air. THE STOOLS! I mean...stool heaven. It's a kitchen that's really gorgeous without trying too hard.
Happy. Approachable. And completely stunning.
This bedroom was for a client living in a tight space. Click over and be sure to actually read what she did here. Beautifully done. She thought of everything. I especially love the art, not pictured here.
How adorable is Jane? Another tiny space with big impact. That print is everything, and I think this was a fantastic example of how to make a child's bedroom simple yet stylish. Be sure to check it out.
