Neutral Master Bedroom design

I use so much color in my designs, but I'm not afraid to go neutral.  And that's exactly what my local client, Tracy, wanted for her master bedroom.  Neutral does not need to be boring or flat.  By mixing textures, pattern, and styles, you can still create a gorgeous space that can be relaxing and luxe.

Here are some examples of neutral rooms I love.

I started with these beautiful pillows.  I love the black piping and back.
Subtle but rich.

My clients have been living with the world's largest ceiling fan for years, and it's time for a change.

Here's a close-up on a few of the other pieces.

Here's how I'd like it to come together as a relaxing but layered, neutral, master bedroom.

What do you think?  Is this a bedroom you'd want to call yours?

  2. If you buy yourself some bedroom furniture then you should consider where to place it all. Make sure you plan a layout.
