peeks of Christmas at my home

Hi friends!
Thank you for your enthusiasm over the Christmas Decorating 101 series!  I still have a few more posts to share on the series, but I've had two sick boys and a house that needed the Christmas spirit.  I also hosted a table at our church's women's night so now I'm all set to decorate my own table for Christmas!  I'll be sharing my tips soon.

Here is a peek of what I've been doing.  I'm keeping this short and sweet, but I'll give more explanation  when I do the full Christmas tour.  {If you are a blogging and sharing a tour of your home, feel free to link it in the comments.  I'd love to see what you've done!}

{If you know my house well, then you noticed I painted our table!}

I hope you enjoyed a peek into our home for a bit of Christmas decor!

There is more to come--like adding Christmas to your kitchen, advent calendars, and setting your table.  If you have any questions or ideas you think I'm missing, let's keep the conversation going on Facebook,Instagram, & Pinterest.

  1. It's looking festive! I LOVE your card holder idea!

  2. LOVE the succulents and oranaments together! Just gorgeous!

  3. Hi Abby. Love love the wreath over the piano and the garland on it. You and I decorate for Christmas so differently, and I love the peek at they way you do it -- fresh, modern, glam, inventive. I fear I am really traditional this year. Can't help it!! I need to finish up, so I can take you on a tour with me! :) Oh, and the dining room light fixture -- oh yea!!

  4. so many great ideas here - love it ALL! last week, i also hosted a table for our church's women's christmas tea, and could hardly wait until i had time to get some decorations out at home :)

  5. Love all of your special touches - especially the paper garland and your artwork over the fireplace!!!
