girls rooms: before and after (the T. house)

Hello!  Did you enjoy your weekend? We have officially hit beautiful temperatures (mid-70's) and my boys were able to play outside all weekend.  For Michigan in March, this is a miracle!  We even got a bike trailer so H. can go on bike rides with the big guys.

If you are a long-time reader, you may remember these two design plans for two very sweet sisters.
Their rooms are part of the T. house.  (You've seen the 'before and after' of their stairway here.)  I was at the T. house yesterday, selecting paint colors for the main floor, and thought I would share the progress made on the pink and purple bedrooms.   If you want to have the inside scoop on our plans for the main floor, follow the T. house board on Pinterest.

Please note that this was not a photo shoot...the rooms have not been styled and
are not completely finished.
Enjoy!

Creating a child's bedroom is one of my favorite spaces to design.  I hope you like what we've done!

  4. I love working on children's rooms too - they are so much fun. I love that lavender room - that is so cute and the fabrics mix so well together. I also love that the window treatments can grow with them as well if they choose to switch out other items at some point.

  5. Love them both, and I am DYING over the light fixture in the bunkbed room. It's gorgeous! The molding and shade in the pink room are so pretty, and the shades in the second bedroom are equally great. I especially love the pillow fabrics in the second bedroom. Those girls must love you :)
