living room gone Christmas!

I am so excited to celebrate Christmas for the first time in our new house.  There is always the initial few minutes of wondering how in the world I'm going to decorate a new space,
but then I could just go Christmas crazy.

I kept it rather simple and slightly minimal this year.  Everything is either white, silver, or gold, except the stockings.  Those were a gift, so I feel like we have to use them even though the don't "go" with my whole scheme.  It keeps it festive though. ;-)

Here's a little tour of how I've spread Christmas around the room.

I found these sparkly feathery branches 50% off at Flowerland.
This was just the touch our first real/natural tree needed.

Now onto our slider.  We're lacking window treatments because I've been waiting to get exactly what I want.  So this area is pretty bare.  It needed the Christmas spirit.

Normally, our fireplace looks like this.  I decided to wrap the painting like a present.
Ta da!  Painting gone Christmas.

Our Christmas corner.
Thanks for taking a tour of our living room gone Christmas!
I hope you have a beautiful month of celebration.
If I can finish my centerpiece for our dining room table, I'll be sharing that room soon as well.
Best wishes!

I'm linking up to these Christmas parties:
