what's keeping me busy: The T. House

Hi all!  Blogging has taken a back seat lately, and I believe it will continue to do so.  I'm actually busy with clients (!) which is such a good thing!  But I wish there was magically a way to also read all of your blogs and leave comments every day!

Here's what I've been working on.
This is the T. house.
It's a whole house client project "from top to bottom."
You may remember this picture of their stairway I shared in an earlier post.

Right now it looks more like this:

Here's the plan:

It should look something like this:

All the upstairs rooms are getting new baseboards and crown molding.
It's amazing what a difference a little molding makes!  New paint and everything else to come.

This is one of the bathrooms that's getting the full treatment.  The tub, toilet, and cabinets are the only items staying.  Although I believe this vanity has already been sprayed white.

They would like to finish the upstairs first and do it all by May 18th!  I still have to figure out the guest bedroom and master bedroom so the painter can have the wall colors before the carpet is installed.  This is such a fun project and I can't wait to see the finished look.

Speaking of finished...
The turquoise and pink nursery is done!!  I've seen one phone picture, but then baby Hadley was born (don't you love the name?) so it may be another week before I receive official after shots.
Just trust me when I say that you're going to love it!

I hope you're all doing well.  Just know that I'm not ignoring you on purpose!
hugs,

  5. Lots of progress - that is exciting. Oh and I know first hand how ugly ripping carpet off of stairs can be...but the end result will be well worth it.
