beach cottage client

Happy Friday my friends!
The long weekend is here and we are ready to hit the home projects. But what I'd really like to do this weekend is go to the lake--any lake!

I just found out yesterday that one of my upcoming client projects is this glorious room below.
Would you believe this is in a beach cottage?!
Fancy... :-)
As you can imagine they want to change everything but I think we'll just paint the paneling
and ditch everything else.

I have plenty of other work to finish before I can start what will be a darling bunk room on the lake.  But this photo gets me excited.  Imagine the possibilities!

Here is a little cottage pretty to start your weekend of with cottage pretty via Sarah Richardson:

If you're not already watching Sarah's Summer House you can catch it Saturday nights on HGTV.
Enjoy your weekend!
I'm hoping to finish the rest of my client projects that need to get done
and paint a few ring bearer pillows.

Do you like the "cottage" look?
